This wild sour ale pours a light red amber color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, plums and tart. Nice lingering funkiness. Nice carbonation. Interesting combination of flavors, the plum flavors are mild but very nice. Crisp and clean. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart and funky.

Snifter at Tiger!Tiger! Hazy brown with a creamy one finger light beige head, lasting. Big lactic sour nose, light acetic notes. Plenty of old wood. Flavor a little softer with the sour, and only a little. The wood and leathery brett are fantastic. Never got plums, but yeah, this is tasty. The brett and wood just take off with their complexity. Sourness peaked at a 6, bitterness minimal, dry as a bone. Lovely leathery fruity brett in the aroma. Low carbonation, light body heavied by it. Very good. [email protected]
dialed in the brett very well.
