Agent Provocateur is a strongly hopped beer - a hybrid of an IPA and a Belgian golden ale. Bright, colourful notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, grapefruit and lime) and spices give way to a solid, long bitter finish. This beer is an excellent aperitif and goes perfectly with spicy food. Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Lighly hazy golden, small head. Sugary nose with gooseberry and mango. Very sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Clean with the sort of generic, half lifeless de Proef mouthfeel. A thin layer of tropical fruits. Mid bitter finish.
