COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Playing good defense and smart base running are some of the little things it takes to win a championship. Hand-crafting this beer is a lot like playing small ball. This session saison is sure to make baseball season even more enjoyable.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2017 On draft at the brewery. Aroma 7/10: Brett funk with bright citrus zest Appearance 4 /5: slightly hazy golden, small but froth y head that sticks to the glass Palate 4 /5: Fairly heavily carbonated but appropriate for this style Taste 6/10: butter citrus peel initially with woody bitter hops, finishes a little bitter in an almost herbal way Overall 16/20: Tastes like a slightly more bitter but almost more watered down version of the Brett farmhouse ipa, I prefer the latter personally Final: 3.7

750 ml bottle purchased at Royal Liquors in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a lightly hazed orange with a 4 inch fizzy egg white head. Tons of fine carbonation bubbles rise to the surface. The aroma is bright floral, general Saison yeast, and a hint of leather Brett with citrus. The taste is funk leather Brett right away, with floral and citrus behind that. The palate is medium to light bodied with active carbonation and dry Brett finish. Clean and super easy drinking.

Bottle from theisti - Thanks! Man, this was good. Nice mix of funk, some banana and bubblegum, and just a little bit tart. As it warms, some grassy notes open up, as well as a hint of oak. Pretty dry finish. Really tasty.
