Draught at Raven Pub, North Vancouversaxo (18459) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2012
Black color, creamy head. Ashes and burnt malt aroma. Quite smooth mouthfeel; strong chocolate, burnt malt and coffee flavor; dry middle and final; correct bitterness. Simple but well balanced, and luckily the burnt component is not too disturbing in the final.
Tap @ Malone’s. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice, notes of coffee and hops. Dry finish. mcberko (17847) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 14, 2009
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2011 On tap at the Alibi Room - pours black with a thin head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt and coffee. Palate is similar, with a smooth creamy mouthful and little bitterness. Very solid. Oakes (17685) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 20, 2005
Near black, with only slight dark brown highlights. Chocolatey aroma with almonds, light roast. The flavour is semi-sweet chocolate, the body relatively full with hints of cream, nuts, coffee. The finish is mild and chocolatey. A pleasant, light, session stout. Ferris (15376) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 21, 2014
Draft - A bit buttery with toasted malts. Deep mahogany with a beige brown head. Lots of burnt toast, chocolate and light bitterness. Not bad, but I have the feeling this is an off batch, I have had better.

Alibi Room with Tigglmtl, and so a surprisingly good stout that is underated. Great roast coffee aroma. Creamy medium mouthfeel taste, very fresh (and the all the difference) and roasty coffee. Lacey. Above average carbonation. DuffMan (10435) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 24, 2012
On tap @ Waterfront Wines in Kelowna. Inky brown-black with no head at all. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, cigar box, very lovely. Flavour is coffee dominated, but balanced nicely with dry roast. Finish has a light acidity. Very drinkable, flavourful, balanced stout. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 29, 2004
On tap at the Wolf and Hound. Pitch black and completely opaque with a thin tan head. Very nice coffee and chocolate aroma. Flavour also shows prominent coffee/espresso with much fainter chocolate. There is a cola-like character, along with some sourness and some nuttiness as well. The body was a bit thin but still quite good. solidfunk (8964) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Roast and some dark chocolate. Pours black with good head. Some caramel. Light bitter finish with touch of tang in aftertaste. Tap at St augustines.
