AtronSeige (1696) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - AUG 17, 2014
Aroma: Malt: Sweet, rich, toasty, caramel, crusts, Hops: Earthy, musty, fruity Appearance: Body: Clear copper. Head: Small, tan. Flavour: Malt: Medium-light, Licorice/molasses. Hops:, light floral, medium-light bitterness. Dry finish. Balanced towards bitterness Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium carbonation with slight carbonic sting. Overall: On aroma this was a perfect. But the taste is nothing like the aroma and that leaves the beer very short. The malt flavours needs to be corrected. It may be excessive caramelization in the kettle. 500ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 8B. Special/Best/Premium Bitter
