Serving: Can. It pours, well, amber. Small off white head. Slight caramel and bread in the nose. Straight forward caramel, toasted bread, slight earthy hops, and a lingering bitterness on the back end. Medium bodied. Straight forward and exactly what it should be. On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear amber with a big white head and great lacing. Bready, caramelly, lightly grassy, somewhat hoppy, and doughy aroma. Taste is grassy, lemons, bready, straw, and malty - pretty clean. Light body with high carbonation. Decent amber. kaser (6312) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 19, 2014
Sweet Carmel malty aroma. Poured from a can courtesy ( or not) from christpuncher. Off white head and red color. Taste is hoppy and somewhat fruity but a strong "red" taste. Thought it wouldn't be good and I didn't mind it at all Onslow (1495) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Pour from a 12oz can. Hazy amber brew with white heead. Aroma of floral hops, a little caramel. Taste is lightly sweet with a growing hops presence toward the middle of the swallow. Ever so lightly bitter hops with nice floral overtone through to the finish. A little woody late in the swallow and caramel sweetness throughout. Soft carbonation gives it a pleasantly quaffable palate. This is good and extremely refreshing. AWISLguy (3109) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 15, 2014
12oz can from Binny’s in Buffalo Grove. Pours an unclear amber with a tan head leaving streaky lacing. Aroma has berrys, heavy malt and sweet fruits. Taste is of sweet caramelly malts, some sweet fruit, some bread and a bit of earthiness. Brown sugar kicks in further down. Medium bodied and fairly thick. Finishes sweet and fruity. Shrug, not high expectations, and those were met. 13.2

12 ounce can into pint glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy orange/amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, biscuit, toast, light roast, floral, grass, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toast, biscuit, light roast, floral, grass, slight pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Light pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, caramel, toast, biscuit, and floral/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good balance and solid robustness of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and body; with a smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel that is ok. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a pretty solid amber ale. Good balance and solid robustness of citrus/floral hops and dark/bready malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. A fairly enjoyable offering. Pours amber with a medium off white head that quickly dissipated. Aroma is caramel, toast and some florals. Taste is sweet with definitive bitters that are not normally present in ambers. Medium bodied, slick texture and lingering finish. Christpuncher (3112) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 29, 2014
Malty start with a bitter finish. Smells malty and pours deep re in color with a white head. Had out of a bottle at home.

Sour. Red apple skins, peach yogurt, red hot cinnamon candies, alcohol and hairspray in the nose. Burnt sugar. Medium body, sweet, phenolic and acidic enough to ruin the experience. Yeasty yogurt and cosmetic off-notes.
