COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delightfully floral American style Amber Ale displays a wonderful balance while still maintaining a profound hoppy goodness. We load this beer with a ridiculous and obscene amount of West Coast hops that are added late in the boil resulting in a hoppy beer without any bitterness.

Pours an amber with a thin, off white head. Aroma has floral hops, caramel, and nuts. The taste is heavy on malts. Mostly caramel, and there is a good deal of bread as well. Some cereal flavor. There is a slight pine flavor as well. Short and weak aftertaste of caramel with a hint of pine. Light in body with decent carbonation. Not much more going on here. Pretty basic and unimpressive.

Bottle. Lactic caramel malt and weedy hay aroma. Amber with large tan head. Lightly sweet caramel malt, moderate sour milk, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Not so good.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a semi-burnt dark orange almost red color with a quickly dissipating finger?s worth of white foamy head that left mild stringy lace. The aroma starts floral touching down on a nice caramel to toffee malt base. The flavor leads with the malts yet embraces a nice floral hoppy arrangement agreeing to balance nicely. Well balanced malts to hops aftertaste with a dry balanced finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good for the style and for me. Overall, nicely done amber ale that I would have again.
