Amber color, clean. Smell of winter spices and detergent. Mildly sweet, oily mouthfeel, low carbonation, simple caramel flavor with some winter spices, ginger, dry finish.
355ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a clear dark copper colour with a thin white head. Nose is faintly sour biscuits with a nutmeg and cinnamon note. Flavour is quite similar, however no sourness, just a mix of nutmeg and a lingering cinnamon. Decent spices on a light body. Ferris (16719) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 30, 2017
Bottle - Lots of ginger and spice. Clear gold with a small frothy head. Ginger, bit of a bite and a long finish. Ginger dominates and in a fairly boring way. Oakes (19013) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 30, 2017
Amber colour, and bright. Not much head - just some bubbles. The aroma is quite spicy - lots of ginger and maybe some cinnamon. There's some good body, some liquorice, ginger, and maybe a bit of clove. This is pretty assertive, but it has enough base malt to get it across the palate. And at the end of the day, it's pretty solid if you can handle the brash spice.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out nutmeg and cinnamon, not much else. Flavour is similar, with nutmeg upfront, with a touch of cinnamon. Weak and watery, and ultimately a pointless beer. No good. cmacklin (1334) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 19, 2017
355ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a medium, creamy, short lived, off-white head that laces nicely. Spicy aroma of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and toasted malt. Sweet, spicy flavour of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, toasted malt, clove and a hint of caramel in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. One dimensional, this beer is a total spice bomb. tmalaher (309) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 14, 2017
Not a bad flavoured beer, but not special. From the craft beer advent calendar 2017.

A- Nutmeg, cinnamon, strong spices.
A- Copper color, clear liquid, white head.
T- Nutmeg, cinnamon, holiday spices.
P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, strong spiced finish.
O- Jesus. Had I blindly poured this I’d have thought I was drinking another nasty Blue Moon seasonal novelty. This beer was possibly loaded down with more spice, primarily cinnamon and nutmeg, than any other beer I’ve ever had. Maybe all of them combined. Way too much spice to get anything out of it.
Dirty, mud water pour. Aroma is cinnamon, cloves, burnt plastic. Flavors of rotten vegetable, prunes, holiday spices, and toffee. This tastes raw and a bit oxidized. A muddled mess, skip.
