COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Ale is our take on a classic Belgian Wit Beer. To make this beer unique, we add un-malted wheat, rolled oats, two varieties of classic European hops, chamomile, curacao orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, and a rare yeast strain from the Old Country. This is a beer that can be enjoyed year round. Cheers!

Can split in the hotel lobby, RBWG ’15, night 2 - 20/02/15 thanks to whomever shared this number. Hazed yellow with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is melon, tangerine, straw, floral, hop notes. Taste comprises light spice, citric peel, orange pith, straw, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok wit.

crazy mountain lava lake wit Can. It’s an unclear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma has a touch of bubblegum and cinnamon, reminding me of Norwegian style rice porridge. There’s a faint touch of coriander and lemon, with some orange, flower and cinnamon. Suspect the cinnamon is the grains of paradise. Medium body, semi-dry, and with a pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish. A rather unusual one, don’t know if I like it or not, so I ended up somewhere in between. 140623

Clear golden pour with a white head. Lemon, soap, honey, coconut, and chamomile on the nose. Sweet bread, some grass, coriander, and orange. Weird sour, soapy, herbal flavor. Chamomile, coconut, honey, and lemon. Light bread and cracker maltiness, grass, and a hint of orange. Really weird.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a thick and fluffy white head that dissipates slowly. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet spices and fruit. Light body with flavors of citrus, wheat and a touch of spicy yeast. The finish is semi-sweet with a short fruity aftertaste. Average overall.

355ml can. Golden color, large head. Smell is lemony, some chamomile. Flavor is lemony again, lemon curd, dry cracker, this is actually a pleasant surprise.
