Delicious Pale Ale with a nice amount of hoppiness, very refreshing, nice citrus flavour to it too. IPAsavedMYlife (346) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - APR 28, 2012
Nose is big NW hops, very floral! Color is amber, head is creamy, off-white, nice amount to it. Taste has almost no bitterness. Loads of hop flavor, not a whole lot of body to it. Mouthfeel is thin. Hop presence, is borderline IPA. Long dry finish. Hard to find a weak spot here, tastes very fresh. LinzlaV (1) - Colorado, USA - JUN 18, 2012 does not count
I enjoy this local brew and beer.............................................. :) uhclem (430) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - FEB 14, 2016
12oz can at home. Pours a honey gold with minimum head and lacing. Nose is fruit, bread and (good) funk. Taste is mellow and recapitulates the nose, with a little malt at the end. Mouthfeel is rich and the finish lingers nicely. If you are an IPA person, as I am, you will like this. HighlandsBeerGuy (21) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 26, 2013
Good summer beer.
A little bit of bitterness with a bit of caramel and earthiness with lots of flavor.

A great pale ale, but the rating room odor was overly sour, probably affecting the taste of this very good beer. Obfuscate (593) - Minneapolis, - JUN 27, 2016
12 once bottle from brother in law. Surprised this didn’t get better ratings. Bottle says "bright, tropical, citrusy" and I get all that. Not a new favorite but I enjoyed it. djoeye (5080) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 11, 2014

Slightly stripy light amber hazy body. Warm off white head. The whole pine forest to the nose, apricot, fruits, very fresh fruity inviting scents. Taste; solid pine forest, resin, oil, butter, nuts, hops, bitter bread-juice, lemon, lots of taste aspects. Good body. Finish; roasted malts, resin, citrus peel, good finish. Overall too small can for the arctic trio. Moreish stuff.

Pours copper, very little white head. Nose is tropical citrus, some earthy hops, and lemongrass. The tropical flavors show through on the palate. Slightly bitter, some roasted nuts, malty caramel. This is good!
