COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We utilize two types of American hops in such a way that we put the flavor of these hops center stage and let their bitterness fade into the background. The hop-forward character of this Pale Ale shines through in the unique, tropical fruit flavor of two American hop varieties. Enjoy this offering with a fresh approach to how a Pale Ale expresses its inner hoppiness.

355ml can @ Hickory’s Smokehouse, Chester. Pours a hazy golden amber, small white head. Aroma of citrus, sweet malt, watermelon, perhaps a bit of caramel. Taste continues in much the same vein, could do with a bit more fruitiness, feels a bit tired and lacklustre by the end.

Keg at Brewski, Chorlton. A clear deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, some fruity esters, slight sharp grapefruit, a little grain and subtle floral hops. Taste of orange, grapefruit, some wet fruit, slight caramel, a little grain and subtle floral hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A dry, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. Solid US APA flavours but a little wet and estery, not as crisp I would want it.

Pretty nice Pale ale from Colorado - I like the clean bite of the hops that were used in such a way (oooh, soo mysterious).... I think I might like the barnyard aroma even more than the overall flavor(s), but what I liked most of all about this beer is that Im virtually drinking and rating this beer for FREE, even though its original price tag for 6-pack was over 10 dollars: recycled at Winooski Warehouse to reap $5.40, and only paid 50 cents to cover the difference, as it was on sale for half off. Best thing I did all day?

Light amber color with a tallish ecru colored head. Earthy hops and fresh biscuit aromas. Some marmalade and caramel in the background. Some caramel, in the start, leading to a perfumy hops closer to the finish. Some citrus flavors wander about. Linger has a nice toasted malt component. 4/13

Bottle from flavourly.com. Pours Amber with a whitish head that fades moderately fast. Aroma is slightly of grapefruit. Slightly metallic. Quite bitter and not that that sweet. Moderate carbonation.
