forty brah; due to the glaring lack of malt liquors at GABF, were pre-funking tonight with this badboy; clear gold, egg shell white head fades quickly; honey malt, lemon juice, hay and white sugar; ymmm, this is a smooth sipper with no hint of booze or fusal alcohols; light lemons, sugar, dry malt and corn; in many ways better than at least a 1/3 of the lagers I tried at GABF last night; word up stallion

$.99 for the 24 oz. can. Crazy Stallion Malt Liquor has a thick, white head (which recedes fairly quickly) and a clear, golden, somewhat bubbly appearance. The aroma is of sweet and sour grain husk, and the flavor is sweet, fruity, a bit hoppy, and bold. An alcohol burn does appear down the throat. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Crazy Stallion Malt Liquor finishes mild, crisp, and easy drinking. This one surprised me. I found it to be enjoyable. RJT

This review is from memory, a long long tie ago. I think this was the first alcoholic beverage that ever made me sick. I slung back a 40 of this stuff in my first semester of college. I am sure the color is light yellow, not much aroma of anything, and tastes horrible.

24 oz. can. All that is missing is a paper bag around it. Yelow pour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, cereal grains, alcohol. Taste is pretty bland. little sweet, that is all.

6/6/11. 24oz can. Sickly sweet aroma of burnt caramel, apples, grapes, and alcohol. Sweet flavor that touches on banana, bubblegum, caramel, grapes, fruit snacks, etc. Somewhat nasty, but also drinkable...

40oz consumed via beer-bong. Nose was chalky and mild. Taste was quick and sweet. Threw it up about 20 minutes later. Didnt pair well with taco bell.

this is a poor beer. The watery body a rice nose suck. The carbonation is good but that is all.

24 oz can. Pours a semi cloudy yellow with a large white quickly vanishing head and a lot of carbonation. It smells of corn and has a tart candy aroma and also smells stale. Its very sweet and the sweetness almost seems to come from sugar rather than malt. This is pretty bad and doesnt taste much like beer. It seems to be giving me a headache as I drink it. I poured this out after a few sips.

40oz widemouth. aroma is grass and vegetal matter and some weak, wet cereal grains. not much corn there, surprisingly. appearance looks like babycham or some other horrible perry/cider with loads of nucleation sites ripping bubbles like a scuba training tank. filmy head doesnt last long. flavor is relatively neutral and metallic which is actually a compliment, corn sludge is not out in full force, hardly at all even. however while it is a crisp palate it is not necessarilyl clean, leaving behind a funk mouth like a moldy basement that brings back the cabbage from the aroma along with some apple rind or mealy rotting pear/apple. APPENDIX: as this bottle wears on, i find that there is a nearly pleasant aftertaste of almost crunchy candi sugar that returns with every sip. +0.1 pts.

Its a malt liquor kind of evening. Produces a big loose head that recedes quickly when vigorously poured into a dimpled mug. The color is golden. The aromatic qualities of apple, corn, copper, and alcohol can be detected from three feet away. I feel like Im honestly trying to like the flavor of this less, I mean there are not a lot of pleasantries or redeeming qualities about it, but I was braced for much worse. In some strange way Im kind of disappointed this isnt more nasty, the corn is there, the biting alcohol is there. The classic over sweetness is there but it is more controlled than in many Im trying to find anything defining about the malt of hop characters and basically coming up sort. The beer is lightly tart I suppose. The palate is actually pretty smooth and miles from watery, I remember this beer being very harsh and difficult to drink but I dont find it to be this way five or six years later. All of this of course is within the first five oz or so, Ive got 35 left to decide how much I really dislike this beer.
