COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Come warm up today in our Tasting Room with a little taste of Paradise. We are tapping Athena Paradiso with tart cherry, raspberry, & cranberry. Athena Paradiso is our fruited treatment of Athena, so it comes in at about 4.5% ABV. This version is a bright pink color with cranberry adding some acidity and the cherry and raspberry flavors balancing out the beer with a bit of sweetness. We have made several versions of this beer, but this is quickly becoming a fan and brewery favorite!

Can to clear plastic cup (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good for the style; a hazy watermelon with very light pink head. Smells mildly tart and berry-forward alongside mild notes of biscuit. Tastes like it smells with a mildly tart medium light-bodied mouthfeel. Sessionable and enjoyable.

It smells like raspberry Emergen-C., cloudy pink just like it too. Tart like the base beer but the fruits come through quickly, the raspberry and cherry are mellow, the tartness is amplified a little with the cranberries. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Can pour @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours pink-red with a white head. Notes of raspberry and mixed tart red berries, touch of obvious cherry character, lemon yoghurt, hints of wheat, lightly tart with a hint of berry sweetness. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation, refreshing and pretty clean. Solid fruited Berliner if up against some strong competition at the festival.

Can, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours lightly cloudy orange/salmon with a low head. Aroma is cherries, cranberry and raspberry indeed. Not citrus or grapes left anymore from the original Athena. Body is medium, displaying the added fruit clearly but also in a good balanced. Carbonation is soft but still there without stealing the show. Light acidity and tartness. Very easy to drink and quite refreshing, despite having quite a healthy sweetness. Again, similar to a good soft drink. Good!
