Bouteille de 341 ml. Arôme de fruits et de houblon floral. Goût de différents fruits comme la pomme, la banane et la lime, avec une touche de houblon subtil mais agréable en bouche. Bonne hefeweizen tout public.

473 ml can. (LCBO) Thunder Bay, ON.
Cloudy pale yellow color with a mid size fluffy white head. Yeast, wheat, hops, mild bitterness, dryness and some banana in the aroma. Not bad. The flavor is yeast, wheat, mild hops, candies, sweetness, banana and some malt. Watery.

Metalchopz (3518) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 27, 2016
Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head that is small, lasting a bit, but creating some nice creamy thing lacing. Citrus aromas with notes of oranges and lemon with hints of bananas, nice sweet yeast. The taste starts with the wheat banana notes, to go into the citrus and then show some decent hop bitterness. Hints of spices. Quite a nice, easy-drinking, mildly-hoppy Hefeweizen.

mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 31, 2016
Pours a moderately hazy golden with a small white head that leaves OK lacing. Nose is bananas and tart wheat. Some cloves, too. A bit heavy on the tart/acidic wheat perhaps but not too bad overall. Taste continues with the tart wheat and is light on bananas and cloves. Lightly bitter. Some floury cereals. Peppery finish. Body is light and carbonation super high. Not bad but far from a really good hopweizen.

KansaiBeerLvrs (5372) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 29, 2016
Crafty beer packaging fooled but poured a cloudy gold in the glass. Mild hoppy nose with a light body. The taste is hops, baking soda and cardboard. Kind of a macro attempt at a hoppy Weizen but without enough or Weizen character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Self appointed as a "hopfenweisse" beer. Appears yellow and cloudy. Head retention is short but the top layer stays at the surface until the end. Aroma- lemon and pine, passes as a hefe with the close/banana esters present, floral sweetness, bubblegum. Actually smells sweeter than it tastes. Flavours of banana, cilantro, citrust notes. Hops weaker than expected. Tastes similar to witbier with the zesty bitterness. Heavily carbonated. Nicely balanced between bitter and sweet. Finish is a bit watery. Not a bad beer but not that special and far from the best hefe style brew out there. A nice fresh beer for hot weather.

Strangebrewer (1343) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 4, 2016
can. Poured hazy, straw yellow with skim white head. Spicy aroma of clove and bananas. Medium body, high carbonation, crisp and tart mouthfeel. Bready malt flavour, notes of bitter citrus peel and yeast, a little peppery spice.

ChadPoole (479) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 29, 2016
Pours murky yellow with an off white head that laces the glass. Aroma is bananas, hay and grapefruit. Taste is wheat with a bitter citrus. Interesting combo, at first I wasn’t too sure about it but by the end of the glass I was wanting another.

jamestulloch (4327) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 28, 2016
Can from LCBO. Cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, banana bread and hay. Flavour of orange pith, grain and apricot. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Juicy and grainy.

3.5
UXO (1922) - CANADA - JUN 4, 2016
Appearance: translucent pale gold with one finger of loose white head, good retention and patchy lacing. (4/5) Aroma: banana, yeasty wheat, bubblegum, citrus, tropical fruit, cloves. (7/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, light spice. (7/10) Medium-light body, lively carbonation, off-dry short duration slightly spicy finish. (3/5) Somewhat more Weizen than West Coast - though, truth be told, there’s not really an overabundance of either. (And, given that it’s a whopping 5 degrees above freezing here today - in June! - perhaps I’d be better off with a porter or stout!) Fact is, it’s a fairly pleasant hefe, easy to drink, and surprisingly good for a Molson product. (14/20)
