Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Odd herbal hoppyness. Medium-bodied. Light fruity maltyness, herbal, earthy hops. Quite boring IPA.
Tap at the pub. Clear copper color. White head. Hops apparent but restrained. Flavor is sweet citrus, hoppy, bitter finish.

On tap at Crescent City Brewery, NOLA, 30.4.16. Clear gold. Sweet candy sugar aroma, sweet taste, old hops, stale bitterness. Medium body, cardboard finish and fizzy. blipp (9599) - La Mesa, California, USA - JAN 29, 2016
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Weird fruity hops, some diacetyl, and not a ton of bitterness. Not horrible, I guess, but not very good either. DocJitsu (2026) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours an amber golden with a big well-retaining eggshell colored head. Average hoppy nose. Average IPA flavor. A little watery. Bitters quite a bit at the finish. Another Crescent City this appointment.

Pours clear copper, minimal head and lacing. Aroma is, well, not much, some caramel, faint pine, dish water. Flavor is sweet, minimally bitter, odd. Light body, low carbonation, terrible example of the style. SudsMcDuff (8469) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - FEB 1, 2015
wow, this brewpub has always had a soft spot in my heart and i still stop by at least once every time i’m in new orleans, but with that said, every time i come the beers seem to be going down in quality .. . deep amber .. solid foam .. light resin and a metal aftertaste, hard to finish the glass .. . . Idk why everyone is so excited for Sunday. I smoke Super Bowls like every fucking day. edgallow (4378) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 14, 2014

Tap, brewpub. Pours a clear copper body with a minimal fizzy off-white head that completely vanished. The nose is full of iced tea like crystal malt, big turnoff for me. Can’t even smell the hops over all this sweetness. The flavor has some light to moderate bitterness, but the malt is all crystal, too much residual sweetness. A little too thick and clingy from all the sweetness for an IPA. Crystal malt...yuck. This one just wasn’t my bag. tomciccateri (1033) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - APR 19, 2012
On draught at brewpub. Pours a amber. Color with no head. Carmel aroma and flavor. Slight underlying hop flavor. No noticable hop bitterness. Not a conventional IPA.
