Mmmm, good sidra. Pale-ish yellow gold with a slight haze. Good bright zing of tarty apples with a slight hint of wine vinegar acidity and just a tinge of rubbing alcohol. The finish is beautifully clean and lengthy with a growing sweetness that balances it well and gives it an almost vanilla note. It’s amazingly clean for a natural sidra actually. Dangerously drinkable. Very enjoyable all round.
