COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The East Coast Lager is an easy drinking “golden” lager with a wonderful balance of crisp malt flavors and flowery hop finish. Built specifically with very low bitter aftertaste, the aroma is as clean as the taste. A difficult beer to brew because of the gentleness… this beer is magnificent!

Bottle. Pours clear, light gold. Light malt aroma, some cracker and caramel. Sweet flavor, with more caramel, biscuit and some nice floral, grassy bitters to finish. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nothing to complain about here.

Bottle pours a clear yellow. Nose of pine, hops. Taste of bitter hops, pine and light malt. Rather good for the style.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours hazy gold with a foamy 2 finger white head. There’s a very light toffee note with a large amount of floral hop. Medium plus body with sharp, foamy carbonation. I’m getting a mild toffee flavor with a lot of floral hop. It’s lightly sweet and pretty bitter all at once. Finish seems grassy bitter. Drinks very well.

On tap for growler fills at Half Time. Pours a clear gold with a medium to thick white head. Sweet corn and grain on the nose. Weird grain. Strange, almost chalky bitterness. Sweet and grainy on the finish.
