Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, dusty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown almost black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with some hints of coffee. Roasted malty chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish with some hitns of coffee in the aftertaste.

Bottled. Deep rubyish ambery colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, som chocolate, coffee and mild vanillaish notes. Flavour is fruits, some roasted malts, mild syrupy notes as well. Very dark brown beer, clear. Light off white head. Typical Porter nose - slightly sour, a little smoky and malty. Semi soft palate. Tangy dark malt, subtle smoke and coffee followed by soft red fruits, Raspberry being the most noticeable. A little unsweet chocolate as well. A very decent Porter.
