Bottle, 22oz. An almost clear, pale yellow body, flat. Strange aroma I think, sort of candy-ish, with a spiced touch and some honey, in addition to the apples of course. Sweetish apples and some honey in the flavor, a touch of candy here as well. Medium body. Although the label says crisp, I find it rather sweetish. Not bad though, but definitely drinkable. 130803

Very hazy pale yellow pour, almost milky. Tart green apple nose, some sweetness of apple, and a touch of sugar. Nice acidity to it. The flavor has a good tartness along with some sweet apple and sugar. Very mellow and easy drinking.

Bottle shared with my lovely wife. Pours a clear yellow to straw colored gold. Super sweet and bright on the nose, crisp and tangy. Medium bodied, sweet and a bit more cloying than I’d like based on the gorgeous nose. A touch of citric acid, subtle apple. Crisp, vibrant, but still a touch sweet. Dries out and moves into a very effervescent finish with a very faint touch of yeast and apple skins.

"simple and straight forward but refreshing, aromatic and tasty. the alcohol was just ever so slightly too apparent, especially for only being 6.5%, but this would make a nice summer staple. just enough honey to notice, and tartness to balance."
