Sound like my favorite variety of apple, the HoneyCrisp. Pours cloudy white. Its an apple flavored White Ale. No Wheat, just juice. Aroma of sweet apple juice, not vinous at all. Heavy bodied, not much fizz. So far the heavy texture alone has made this ONE OF THE BEST CIDERS I’VE HAD. Crisp Granny Smith apple aroma. Flavor is sweet, hints of tart. Then it WOWs you through the palate dominating flavor of pure apple essence. Character of premium apple chips, full of flavor. No booze at all, no wine like character, none of the unwelcomed/awkward sulfite finish in most (all) other ciders. Pure & Perfect!
Wonderful tart clean apple aroma with a very slight funk. Cloudy light yellow appearance with medium carbonation. Smooth flavor of apple with a nice sweetness from the honey. One of the best ciders I have had. Very pleasent and drinkable. LeslieDiane (1) - - JUN 10, 2012 does not count
Very refreshing, easy to drink. Paired nicely with food. A good summertime drink. Erikh04 (153) - - MAY 19, 2013
Best hard Cider I have had yet. Unfiltered and very smooth finish. obguthr (6355) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - APR 23, 2010
Complex aroma of honeysuckle, daffodil, honey, and apples. Milky yellow. Daffodil dominated flavor of apples with a honeysuckle finish. Not overly carbonated. Very floral, unique, and enjoyable.

Smooth. Hits a little up front and then a nice smooth sweet finish with the tartness of the apple and sweetness from the honey.
My wife, who is a non-drinker, absolutely loves this. madvike (3264) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 8, 2011
Bottle - Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow with a thin ring of white head. Smell is a touch of white wine, honey, and tart apple in the background. Really mead-like on the nose, with a mix of apple. The taste is similarly mead-like, with the same sweet, lightly tart apples peeking through. The star is the honey though, real mellow and lightly sweet. The honey crisp comes through on the long finish, along with some baking spice and a bit of white grape. Fluffy carbonation fills the mouth, but doesn’t bite. Man, this is a pretty awesome cider. Cloudy dully orange/gold color. A very smooth and unrefined cider that has a nice touch of honey sweetness to amplify the apple juice. Tastes way better than the original cider as it is in its raw form. Just goes to prove unfiltered is always better. legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - MAY 11, 2010
Appealing nose of apple pie: very un cider-like. Cloudy in the glass and across the tongue is only the slightest hint of any honey. The apples come out very nice and dry without being puckering. Excellent cider. TheGent (656) - , Massachusetts, USA - JAN 21, 2012
22 oz bottle enjoyed into a wine glass. Color is a hazy whiteish yellow, like white grapefruit juice. Aroma is a light apple sweetness, creamy and some surfer and raw pollen. Taste is a light apple with honey sweetness. Crisp palate. Really a great cider
