Light, slightly hazy pour that darkens and thickens somewhat as I work my way through the bottle. Apple juice nose, strong red apple skin flavors. Relatively sweet, a bit of alcohol flavor, this one isn’t working for me. I don’t understand the high ratings. .
Bomber. Pours clear straw yellow with no head. Aroma of sweet apples and not much else. Flavor is a pleasant balance of sweet and tart with a finish slightly on the drier side. Crisp, clean, pleasant drinking. slowrunner77 (12043) - Reno, Nevada, USA - NOV 28, 2015
not sure of the age - pretty nice overall with a slightly different yeastiness not usually present. Don’t know that I’d be able to tell it was pils yeast if the bottle didn’t tell me, though. 574deadzone (1419) - North Central, Indiana, USA - AUG 18, 2015
Milky gold with some floaties (it’s a bit old). Mostly clean apple flesh and skin in the aroma, on the sharp side with tartness a la granny smith, doughy yeast, lemony citrus and light spice. Fairly sweet, decently tart. Medium bodied, softer, drying toward puckering with tart apple on the end, perhaps some earthiness and hay too. Decent cider, held up for a long time. Can’t say the pilsner yeast does much other than let the clean apple shine through.

22 oz bottle from Roths Sunnyslope Market..in S.Salem.
Pours a cloudy pale golden colour..no head.lively carbonation.
Very strong fresh red apple aromas, slight yeastiness. Nice.
Nice balanced flavour..not too sweet. The pils yeast comes in at the end and makes this real drinkable.
Nice semi-sweet mouth feel.

650ml bottle. hazed light godl pour. Aroma is sweet apples and honey. Flavor is mild and sort of crisp, earthy, and tart. Decent amount of sweetness. It is very smooth and easy going, maybe an attribute of the lager yeast. douglas88 (9180) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 10, 2014
Bomber. Pours a cloudy yellow color with no head. A sweet grainy apple nose. The flavor is quite pleasant with apples, sweet sugars, some pils malt, more super sweet apples. This is a very solid cider. The overall brew is super drinkable and quite tasty. JK (6158) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - SEP 1, 2014
Bottle. Hazy orange color with visible sediment in the bottle, and ypur glass if you choose. Lightly sweet apple and some honey, as well as prominent yeast. Nicr palate, almost no carbonation. Great stuff. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - AUG 11, 2014
Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of crisp and sweet apples, with a little funk. Taste is medium-heavy sweet and light tart . Follows aroma, with lots of bready yeast in the finish. Loads of fresh apples in here. Medium bodied with a somewhat sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a very long finish. Pretty darn good, not an everyday cider but something I would enjoy again.
