The Saint indeed! Pours deep gold with a slight head, aroma is sweet apple and honey. Tastes of balanced sweet and tart fresh apple, with some complex maple syrup and Belgian yeast flavors (fruity esters). This is really good stuff, has the right balance of flavors, highly recommended.
Pours a hazed golden with a white head. Dry apple aroma. Starts dry then quickly becomes musty apple sweet and finishes dry. Would be better if it was dry all the way through.

Visual: Pours slightly hazy yellow with large bubbles clinging to the side of the glass, no head, the same bubbles sporadically surfacing.alexsdad06 (10596) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - DEC 10, 2016
Nose: tangy apple juice. (lvl-5)-pungency
Attack: crisp-dense juicy, slightly tart
Mid-palate: (lvl-5-sweetness), sour-tangy acidity, bright apple juice, rounded body, yeasty mild palate rough, subtle non-descript spices
Finish: maple syrup undertones, apple juice exhale
Summary: An inviting big fruity apple flavour with a good amount of tangy-sour acidity and a hint of spice and maple syrup to round it out. Not exceptionally complex but enjoyable nonetheless. Solid.
22 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden amber color much like apple cider with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, maple syrup, brown sugar, apple skins, a mild Belgian yeast character, good for what it is, but it’s not a style I like. Intricate08 (52) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 8, 2016
Aroma is apples and a floral scent, good blend. Light pour, almost watery. Minimal head, light on the tongue. Very crisp going down with a sweet taste that doesn’t overpower the entire complexity.

I think I may have an old bottle as the aroma is kind of funky and not in a good way. Apples, yes; unwashed body parts, no. Palate is good tho. Flavor’s somewhat similar to nose, no sign of maple or spices. I wouldn’t want another one of these although I could see, perhaps how someone might - maybe? Bottle (22 oz). Pours hazy gold color. Crisp apple flavor. More substantial mouthfeel than other ciders. Very good.

Strong apple flavor, yet good fermentation. Not like apple juice’..................... ffbot (431) - Oakland, California, USA - DEC 2, 2015
Pour is a hazy brownish gold, unfiltered look to it. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Smell is honey, apple, sweetness. Taste follows, but also has a vague vinegar and weird funkiness to it. I didn’t really like it at first, and it didn’t really grown on me either. PorterPounder (8184) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - NOV 2, 2015
Atlanta, GA - Whole Foods - Briarcliff - 22 oz bomber. Hazy, light golden pour, no real head. Fresh, juicy, just cut apples kind of aroma. Flavor is full bodied and delicious apple flavor with some natural tasting Gala apple notes, a hint of sourness, some natural vanilla notes, not artificial at all. Decently thick mouthfeel. Pretty solid.
