12 Oz. Bottle. Poured in a Clear light golden color. Strong Apple, Aroma quite nice... Big apple flavor sweet with a little tart finish perhaps a little like wine. Nice cider, very drinkable, liked it. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 22, 2013
12oz clear bottle, with a twist-off cap. Clear pale whitish yellow color. Minimal white head. Some slowly ascending bubbles in the body, little loose lace. This apple flavor actually agrees with me. Not too tart, good skin flavor, nice juiciness. Tastes fresher, somehow. Good yeast quality, kind of champagney. Lightly tart taste, little sweet. Medium body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Avoids the viscous finish. I guess "extra-dry" is just starting to enter the realm of satisfactorily dry, for me. This is one of the more enjoyable, easy-to-get-through ciders I’ve had in a while. Nice bright fresh apple flavor. My kind of cider. Meh...an average cider. Aroma was alright, but very faint for the style. Light apple aromas. Pour was cloudy and near clear with no bubbles or head. Taste was (as the description says) very dry. Dry and almost flavorless. Little apple flavor is there but it doesn’t carry through to the finish. It’s like an afterthought. It is a refreshing drink and would be good in the summer, but not very exciting Mfaczan (5) - - OCT 29, 2012 does not count
I'm not a big cider fan but this Cider has a nice clean finish without that Apple syrupy flavor and I really enjoy having more than one

Slightly hazy yellow pour. Surprisingly no carbonation bubbles evident. Smells like sour apple. Tastes like apple juice with a bit of alcohol. Finishes sour. More like apple juice than cider. ThomasMetal75 (6) - Massachusetts, USA - JUL 1, 2012 does not count
Aroma is light and fruity. Tart sweetness as well. Appearance is like a champagne, but less carbonated. Taste is like a champagne, but with a tart and semi-sweet green apple flavor. Finish starts sweet, but quickly changes to a nice, dry finish. This is super easy to drink. Very light and thrust quenching. At 5.5% ABV, it’s not anything that is not going get you too hurt if you drink a couple.
I think the Cripsin is a solid choice for a cider. It’s light, crisp, and refreshing. It’s the perfect alternative to white wine or champagne. I will be looking for more Crispin ciders in the future! reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 22, 2012
Pours a clear gold with a thin white head...lively. aroma has fresh apples and faint honey. Flavor is apple cider with a touch of white wine. Mouthfeel is medium/full and the finish is appley/winey and dry. scarletfire65 (1466) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 4, 2012
Aroma is of apple candy and fresh green apples. The flavor is sweet and slightly soapy. Very low carbonation, almost flat. Some more carbo would have pushed this into a mid 3 rating. The finish is tart and very abrupt with an almost lactic, creamy acidity. No complexity on the finish, it’s very clean. drowland (8757) - Georgia, USA - MAR 5, 2012
3/5/12. 12oz bottle. Clear light yellow pour with no head. Huge jolly rancher apple aroma with touches of yeast and honey. Sweet apple flavor, a bit of cider and honey, with more lingering apple. Brut? My ass.
