I'm not a big cider fan but this Cider has a nice clean finish without that Apple syrupy flavor and I really enjoy having more than one

One thing that makes me awe at apple cider is its super pure filtered appearance. Clear and clean, real clean looking; well at least in this big thick glass mug. Perhaps even cleaner looking than pure filtered or distilled icy water. Makes me admire it while I drink it. Smell is very pleasant apple bordering on weird imitation background, but in a good way. The smell is at times instantly repulsive then turns your head for a second whiff, weird reaction. First taste is somewhat plastic. Smoooth and intriguing. A little watery perhaps, but most all cider i’ve tasted is usually thin. Decent carbonation almost comes across like weak soda water. Careful, now, this stuff is more than 5%. Interesting sweet taste. Never is overwhelming. Has a dry wine or alky finish. Sometimes almost gets near soapy. Overall good experience, just I suspected it would be. SSSteve (4006) - - SEP 4, 2011

Light gold with no head but bubbles around side / Semi sweet nose of fresh cut apples / Light body, moderately carbonated and near dry, with a very good finish / Clean, simple flavors of fresh cut apples, skins, and cream / Not complex, but very balanced with good, fresh, non-cloying. aroma: bright tart fresh apples with a hint of acetic sourness.
taste: fresh apples and champagne up front, with musty apples and a bit of yeast character in the center, and a semisweet finish.
scissor me timbers! .. . fresh cut yellow apple .. quite a dry cider! .. . apple and white grapes .. . a nice fizzy cider .. . easy to put down like small annoying dogs.. . you have to be careful with scissors.. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 23, 2011
Bottled. Poured crystal-clear straw golden with tiny rising bubbles. The aroma picked up a blend of sweet and tart apples accented by a little oak and a faint hint of pineapple.. tangy and intriguing. The flavor found a little more of the sweet apples than tart ones (but both were there).. dry on the edges with green apple skins and related spices. Light-bodied with prickly effervescence on the palate.. nice, dry feel and flow.. I enjoyed it. wlajwl (6813) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - FEB 22, 2012
Aroma is very tart apples. The flavor is apple skin, apple juice and a mild sweetness, along with a dry finish. Kind of basic for Crispin but it was pretty decent. maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 2, 2011

Side by side tasting with Original.
Clear,12oz twist-off bottle. Clear golden yellow color. A touch of fizz.
Aroma of pure crisp apples, gently juiced. This is the Brut, as opposed to their regular variety. This has more of a vinous, wine-like character. Nice fresh apple juice flavor minus the sweetness. Leaves the lightest touch of tartness of fresh fruit. Very refreshing. I’d rather sample thier cider as a blend of the Original and the Brut.
