[Dec 25 2015] Bottle at Chinese Restaurant in Portland, OR. Nice golden body. Nose is floral, fruits, of pears, and citrus. Taste is sweet, again, some citrus. Well balanced. Tart in the finish. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 26, 2016
Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a thin and fleeting white head. Aroma has notable pear with a hint of orange and a touch of tartness. Flavor is champagney with nice pear, citrus rind, mild coriander and faint wildflower honey-like sweetness. Mouthfeel is light / medium and slightly lively with a finish thay dries a bit and lingers with pear/tangy orange. JPDIPSO (6286) - Wauwatosa, USA - FEB 24, 2016
Hazy pale straw, nearly milky. Minimal white rim of foam. Orange peel and fruit punch scents. Thicker feel. Sweet tart flavors. Light apple pie with citric zest. Light spice adds to the apple pie appeal. I’m finding this very easy to drink. Dry finish with just enough residuals to make you come back. I’m really kind of liking this. Another well-composed and thoughtful cider from Crispin--there have been some duds, but also enough interesting ones to redeem my confidence in the future of American cider making. This one is a gorgeous looking, with a hazy, off-white appearance that promises a lot of natural funk. Light pear notes overtaken by citrus, sour, light spicing. More-ish. Light alcohol note only. Bottle. kraddel (8864) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - FEB 16, 2015
Pours unclear yellow . No head . Smell is sweet, white beer spices , some pear . Too sweet though . Taste is sweet, some pears , a sharp aspect of a bitter note , some spices . Overall its still to sweet for me .

Bottle. Opaque chalky pale yellow color, scant bubbles. Aroma of raw bread, orange, pear, light spice. Taste is tart spiced fruit. Interesting, but not for me. obguthr (6651) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JAN 10, 2015
Feety orange peel, apple, and nail polish smell. Milky yellow. Apple, pineapple, and coriander, with a subtle rancid meat note. I don’t believe I have had a Belgian yeast cider yet that I like. bhensonb (15744) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 21, 2014
Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours perry color. Aroma is pear and a spice note. Not getting citrus. Wow flavor impact. Unexpected. Starts pear with some zest. Think coriander follows. It is rather tart. Rather dry. Finishes pear/citrus tart. Nice. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Bottle. Pale yellow pour, like lemonade. Aroma is fruit, citrus, and vanilla. Flavor is semi-sweet cider flavor, light citrus, earthy, subtle complexity. Finishes with flavors lingering lightly, and slight tartness. Very nice.
