COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp refreshing natural hard apple cider. Crisp over ice. A classically styled, but untraditional hard apple cider. Fruit forward, with a fresh, crunchy appley nose and a deliciously creamy, refreshingly crisp mouth feel.

Extra from ericandersnavy - thanks, dude! Palest of pale pour, with bright bubbles and virtually no head. Nose is ripe green apples, and is pretty inviting. The taste is a bit of a letdown from this, and is more like generic shandy (and the mouthfeel is a bit watery too). But there was enough of a general freshness suffusing this one that I ended up digging it anyways.

one of the first ciders I had, didn’t leave much of an impression on me way back then, upon having it again I still hold it in the same regard, average cider

Draft. Aroma of sweet apples. Very light almost clear color. Taste is sweet, almost bubbly like champagne. Pretty good overall.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours a clear white with small white head. The aroma is apple and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a fruity apple and crisp finish. Easy to drink, a very impressive cider from Crispin.

Draft… Clear, light yellow cider with a small, fizzy, white head. The fruity bouquet imparts green apple flavored bubblegum and is a touch acidic. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. The flavor is tart, tangy, lightly sweet and very refreshing. Finishes fruity, crisp, moderately tart and mildly sweet.

Bottle. Aroma has notes of green apple, honey and flowers. Pale yellow hue with no head. Flavor is sweet. Palate is medium bodied. Overall it was very drinkable and good.

Too bad this smells really bad. The flavor is decent throughout. Not too sweet. Actually quite tasty. Real smooth.

The aroma is sweet apples and nothing else. The appearance is clear yellow with only a few bubbles. The taste is like the aroma with sweet apples and a touch of tart apples. The finish has a hint of over ripe fruit. The palate is watery but OK for the style. Overall a pretty good cider but nothing about it stands out and I can’t decided if that’s good or not.

On tap; poured a clear pale gold. Aroma of apple juice and sugar. Sweet and sugary apple. Good

Tried this beer at the Casanova Beer Cave Festival (2011), nice summer drink.
