brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 3, 2012
Pours a clear golden color with a fizzy carbonation and short lived white head. Tart green apples, almost candy-like on the nose. Smells like the sour green apple ring candies. A bit of sweet apple juice along with some sugar. The flavor is really no different. Sour green apple candy, sugar, and a bit of apple juice. Light straw notes, maybe a touch of granny smith apple skin. Light and crisp on the palate.

"Not bad. Slightly sweet and musty apple aroma. Prickly feel. Pretty refreshing. Flavor is a little dry and tart as well, but still pretty mellow....................."
