COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
True to its name, Cristal tastes at first almost like spring water; then comes a clean bit of hop bitterness; and a crisp, finish. It is a beautifully refreshing beer, lightly cleansing on the palate, with the appetising dryness that define the Pilsener style. Cristal pours with a very creamy head, leaving excellent lacing. Serve it lightly chilled as though it were a good Chardonnay.

Tap at several bars. For a pils, it's pretty hard to pour it perfect in a glass. Nice foam but doesn't stick around for more then 3 minutes or so. Still, a pils just for thrist. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft @ De Giraf, Leuven. Cristal clear pale gold. Small head. Grainy, grassy, corn, sweet, bitter, metallic. Strong carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Alright for what it is.

F: big, white, average lasting. C: pale gold, clear. A: malt, floral hops, herbal, grainy, grass, industrial. T: malt, light malty sweetness, grassy, just weak bitterness on the palate, floral, light body, medium carbonation, for what it is not very awful, 0,25l bottle from Dranken Corstjens - Prik&Tik in Maasmechelen.

Can from Carrefour Express. Clear light golden with fluffy white head. Light malts and cardboard, chemical honey, grassy, dusty herbs, sage, light apricot. Its a bit dusty but at least this has some hop taste which is hard to say for most of its kind. Light sweet and almost medium bitter. Light bodied with crisp feel.

Sweet malts, corn, hopless, but also reasonably rich to be totally honest. Very smooth to drink. I like my pils dry and hoppy, but for what it is it could be much, much worse. To be drunken in large quantities. (25cl bottle from Dekoninck)
