From keg at The Anderson. Fresh hop aroma followed by substantial up-front hop bitterness, firm palate and dry, bitter finish. Bravo for making a modern-flavored craft session beer and putting it in a keg. Are you listening, C*MRA?

Cask conditioned at Blackfriars, Inverness. Hazy amber with white head. This was straight into grapefruity hops from the start, plenty of tangy, citrusy notes, crisp and refreshing. Dry and crisp, a little belter.

Aroma: Bright aroma of lemon and grapefruit. Fresh, green and hoppy with a hint of rhubarb.

Appearance: Murky golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing.

Taste: Sharp citrus burst of sherbet grapefruit. Slightly woody. This is really hoppy and flavoursome.

Palate: Thin to medium body with a watery mouthfeel. Nice carbonation fizz.

Overall: A delicious beer - and only 3.5% ABV. Well done, Cromarty.

On cask at the castle tavern. Pours light amber with am inch of tight white foam. Aromas of light citrus, tropical fruits, and some spice. Taste is lightly honeyed digestive biscuits with a clean citrus hop bite, some tangerines, and mango. Medium light bodied without being watery. Delicious.

Scopey (14012) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2013
Draft. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium white head. The nose is full of fresh tropical fruit and citrus....orange, tangerine, mango, lemon and grapefruit. The taste is clean, orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, bold bitterness and underlying sweetness with a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Brilliant flavour given the percentage, with plenty of bright citrus fruit. Delicious and very drinkable. Great stuff!

Cask at Waiting Room. Pithy grapefruit aroma and flavour with a solid dry finish. I didnt know the ABV when I ordered and was surprised to see it at 3.5% considering the body and hop flavour.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 5th August 2016. Crystal clear copper with shallow off-white foam. Rich, biscuit malt aroma. Citric hops and spices blend harmoniously in-mouth with the malts. A grassy kick. Bitter grassiness in the upper rear mouth dominates the finish. A fair amount of body for its strength, and an engaging mouthfeel.

[cask, the Caley Sample Room, Edinburgh] Attractive clear golden pour with a thick white head. Aroma is a decent mix of orange and grapefruit citrus, and some earthy backbone. Impressive for 3.5%, Craig really gets the flavours into his beers. Finish is long, dry and pithy. Great stuff [10072013]

[email protected] Trader, London - golden/amber pour with puffy persistent white head and lacing. Hoppy citrus aroma and taste, prominent orange on the palate, some grapefruit, good mouthfeel and decent punch bearing in mind the low abv. Good first impression from this brewery.
