Aroma is fruity and lightly sweet and tangy, with notes of cherries, lemon juice, yoghurt, light vinegar. Taste is lightly sweet and sour, with tart cherries, light wood, lemon, lactic acid. pours deep burgundy brown with thin offwhite lacing. cherry yoghurt on nose. gentle sourness, a few lactic notes but mostly rich cherry fruit and fruity full bodied malt. Decent liefmans style cherry beer, low on sweetness making it very easy drinking. lovely

Clear reddish amber with a moderate light crimson swirl and edgeing.
Nose is cherry skins, light bread notes, straw, hint of caramel.
Taste comprises red berry twang, cherryade, bread dough, straw.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.

Clear medium to dark red color with a large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, cherry, toffee, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cherry, caramel, light tart cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
Cask (Red Squirrel, Edinburgh) - Dark red in colour. Cherry, raisins and almonds in the aroma. Fruity and tangy taste with notes of cherry and almonds standing out. Nicely balanced with a good combination of sweetness and tartness. anders37 (26878) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2014

500ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. Reddish brown, reasonable head. Grain cherry aroma. Bitter biscuit cherry flavour. Sour cherry aftertaste. A bitter / fruit beer hybrid. Sorry but this just doesn’t work. First disappointment from Cromarty.
