330ml bottle: BB 25th Feb 2018. Poured into a Leffe badged chalice at home on 14th July 2017, my fifth beer in a random tasting session with myself. Light amber/golden body, swiftly fading white head. Tropical fruit esters dominate the nose, orange and mango being the main players. Taste has a light malty front, before the citrusy tropical fruits take over and rule the flavour. The beer grew on me, thought it was going to be another boring citrusy golden ale, this is much more than that.

Bottle from Cromarty brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold with small white head that dissipates quickly. High carbonation. Aroma is strongly citrus hop pellets plus a bit of funky pine resin. Flavour is dominated by the hop character with mild caramel notes. Taste is quite bitter with reasonable sweetness to balance. Solid lingering residual bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy with liveliness provided by the high carbonation. Overall a pretty interesting APA with plenty of unique character.
