Draft at Fermentorum, Copenhagen. Hazy amber beer, tidy white head. Crisp palate, a little dry - turning softer. Seltzerish minerals. Okay creamy malt base. Minerally crisp hops provide grapefruit and orange, bitter. Semi dry finish.

Slightly hazy dark orange with a small, creamy white head. Nice hoppy aroma and taste. Grass, caramel, malt and with a medium body. Refreshing.

Köbenhavn maj 2012: Mycket humle, stor beska och trevlig fruktighet - en receptenligt standard och god ipa Vestergaard (2089) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2012
10cl sample at Fairbar, Aarhus. The aroma contains lots of fruits and hops. Looks hazy and delicious. In taste and actually in looks as well, it reminds me of belgian saison. Grape fruit, bread and lots of fresh hops. Not a standard single IPA, yet not an extraordinary one. DSG (15035) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAY 16, 2012
[5/9/12] Draught at Fermentoren in Copenhagen. Hazy dark orange with a nice creamy off-white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, flowers and a hint of diacetyl. Flavor has light malty sweetness and mostly lots of lingering bitter fruity hops. Medium-bodied. A nice IPA. Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2012
Draught at Fermentoren. Hazy orange with a fleeting white head. Some lacing in the glass. Grassy peach aroma and a few strange chemical notes. Pretty aggressive this one. Tastes a little muddy rather than clean but I enjoyed it. Worth trying. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Tap at Fermentoren. The pour is full haze gold to orange with higher carbonation. Sheets of lace. Impressive retention. Rustic, raw grain nose. No aromatic hops. Straight wort nose. Taste is bread, hay, butterscotch, astringent coffee, lactic acid, astringent malt, like sucking on tree bark. Palate wrecker. Needs a total recipe rework.
