On tap. Hazy amber with an off-white head leaving laces. Extremely fresh and crisp citrusy hop aroma. Medium-bodied, initially a light fruity sweetness but then comes a massive and roaring bitterness - fresh and crisp throughout though. But perhaps the hops are a bit too hardcore to call this balanced. 180312 humlelala (1375) - DENMARK - MAR 16, 2012
(on tap @ Fermentoren) Pours a cloudy amber with little, white head and lots of lace. Aroma is a delightfully fresh and fruity hop with notes of citrus and passion fruits. Oily texture with medium carbonation, full body and a long, rather bitter hopbite in the finish. Taste is bitter with initial, floral qualities. Girlfriend says: "The extreme bitterness comes as a surprise after the very fruity nose. I couldn’t drink big quantities of that." joergen (29598) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2012

Tap @ Fermentoren, Cph. Fairly murky darkish yellow with a fine, creamy, small, white head. Aroma is heavy peachy, pine needles, grapefruit and resin. Soft doughy malts at the back. Meedium carbonation, creamy and bone-dry mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of dry pine, grapefruit, resin. Sharply bitter on sugary doughy malts before turning elegantly dry and slight herbal at the end. Fine but not thd best balanced IPA I’ve had.
