Bottle thanks to Kai! Happy to try this one, finally. Pours a light hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is oaky, some hoppy notes, subtle lactic notes, sweet orange, floral. Taste is sweet, light lactic, hoppy, lots of amarillo hop notes, citrussy, melony notes. So mellow! Leighton (21813) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 8, 2016
Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 4. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy, white head. Great aroma, with mild brett, pleasant and lightly tangy citrus. Light sweet flavour with good citric acidity, light pale bread, apricot and peach. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and refreshing on the finish, with more citric tang. Clean and well balanced. Very good. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - DEC 31, 2015
Clear golden pour. Small white head. Plenty of lacing. Big aroma of funky Brett and citrus notes: grapefruit, lemon, lime. Very tart flavor of grapefruit. CanIHave4Beers (4194) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - DEC 31, 2015

Pours a pale gold color with a big head and nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is a whole lot of funk and lemon rind, it’s got animal and human sweat characteristics. It’s even still got a touch of the fruity hop character. As it sits in the glass the earthy and briny elements come out more and more and the sweaty bit fades. There is some oak, and although I already mentioned it, a bunch of lemon rind.
The flavor is quite pleasantly tart & lemony. There is a good bit of sourness to the beer, quite puckering but never overboard. There is a great earthy & white oak character though out with some peaches, orange and melon fruitiness. All together it’s bright but without sacrificing an ounce of its charming rusticity.
Easily this is not the hoppy sour it was intended to be at this stage in the game, what is left is pretty magnificent though. Blindfolded I would easily guess this was an authentic Gueuze, no kidding.
From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Hazy yellow golden color with white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, funky bretty, barnyard, wood, grassy, citrusy fruity. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium thin to oily body with soft to average carbonation.

375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, fluffy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of bubblegum and funk, lemon and lemon peel, a sour-ish touch of vinegar and mustard, herbal hints of dill and sage. Taste is moderately tart, citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, very mild bretty overtones, a touch of dill and brine. Making allowance for my bias already slightly too sour. devman171 (1221) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - JUN 1, 2015
