750 ml bottle, brewed on 1/10/10. Pours dark ruby amber with a fizzy off white head that quickly goes to a thin collar that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is a nice blend of sweet candy sugary malts and tart sour raspberries and vinous alcohol. There is a slight note of butyric acid (vomit).
The flavor is sweet candy sugar with a huge acidic tart/sour raspberry flavor. There’s some woody notes and vinous alcohol. The mouthfeel is a little thin and watery with low, but sharp, carbonation.
Overall, tastes a little sweet / sour like Duchesse, but with a much bigger tart sourness that overwhelms the sweet - almost a little too much, but fun.
Draft at CS 5th Anniversary tapping. Clear brownish red or reddish brown? Nose of light wine barrel, light tobacco, red fruit, and a red wine character. Tart red raspberry, light oak and wet leaves. Incredibly smooth and balanced and 5 years on has held up tremendously. falco242 (397) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 3, 2015
UPDATED: OCT 8, 2015 Hazy brown/red, tart nose. A fruity cherry taste with a bit of a pucker finish, really nice. A good Flemish for sure RichTheVillan (7766) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 11, 2015

Poured from a bottle courtesy of popery.
Aroma is rather fruity with a nice raspberry note. Some medium oak notes with a nice red wine character.
Pours a murky, reddish brown with a medium sized, tan head that lingers for a bit. Light lacing and small legs.
Flavor is moderately acidic with medium light raspberry notes. Some medium red wine notes with light oak. Light bitterness. Malt is a bit flabby and the raspberry is fading some.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a nice beer but its aged a bit past its prime. Raspberry is still fairly present. Nice red wine and oak notes.

Tasted on 10/27/13 from a waxed and capped 750mL bottle that I got as a member of the first Cellar Reserve. Pours hazy auburn with a thick tan head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is super funky brett with tons of raspberry, very vinous, with some chocolate and a touch of nutty vanilla oak. The flavor is nicely sour with tons of raspberry, red wine, oak, and a touch of chocolate and vanilla. The body is just under medium with nice oak tannin, average carbonation and a long, very complex finish. JBPortland (1543) - Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA - NOV 4, 2014
750ml bottle huge thanks to adnielsen! Pours dark ruby red brown with a finger of head. Nose is pretty subtle, tart acidic dark cherry, musty oak, touches of vanilla, little bits of berry, little bit of vinegar but in the classic Flanders way. Taste is pretty true to the nose, not a lot of fruit left a tthis point but still a nice funky Flanders-esque sour red, tasty oaky vanilla and dark fruits. It has become pretty acidic but stops just short of being a real throat-burner. Finish is sweet and sour mixed dark cherry and soft berry with light funky wet wood and oaky tartness. A real fun beer to open considering its place in craft history. Pretty tasty too! thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 27, 2014

Smooth. Not overly tart. Nice balance. What all sours should strive for.
I wish I had bought more than 2.
