On tap at The Source. Pours a clear orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is citrus, apple skin, oak, funk. Thin mouthfeel, tart citrus, oak, great fruit on this, light dryness, very nice. ajnepple (6625) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 22, 2014
On tap at The Source. Amber reddish and clear appearance with a fully diminishing head. Not much of an aroma, sour notes, light oak, light fruits and funky yeast. Similar flavor, tart and lightly sour. Light to medium body with a thin feel and minimal carbonation. Hmm... weird. jkwalking05 (4740) - Arlington, Texas, USA - OCT 18, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Amber in color with a decent sized off-white head. Aroma is of florals, tart, light funk, straw. Taste is of light tartness, floral, light lemon. JK (6162) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - OCT 17, 2014
At the brewery during GABF week, 2014. I’m the guy who didn’t like this very much, and it was a $12 beer. Thin palate, lacking carbonation in a beer that would have benefited from it with such a thin palate, like a beer that was opened and left out overnight. Dry yeast, and that is about it. It seems under-flavored. The one disappointing beer I tried at Crooked Stave. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - OCT 12, 2014
Draft on tap at The Source (Denver, CO). Pours a nicely hazed orange amber hue, decent haze, a bit dulled with nice glowing body. Nice rich frothy offwhite head atop stays as a decent layer, good stick around and lacing. Potent sour nose shows lemon, bitter grapefruit peel and juice with big sour and dry bent. Grapefruit hops and juice, bitter pithy rind, some earth, florals and bready malts. Some lotion, gentle lilac and herbal slant. Initial is sour and potent, dry and bitter a firm sour hopped beer with citrus, florals, green grape, touch of oak. Bready, straw, gentle funky brett. The bitterness and hop character is potent, dry and bitter with nice grapefruit rind, oils and touches of florals, bitterness, earth. Nice, a gentle oak with touches of firm hop and citrus rind. Really nice stuff. Dry, bitter sour, nice play between citric grapefruit juice and grapefruit hops. Backend is a bit bitter and juicy.

On tap at Crooked Stave. Pours an amber color with white head. A lot of tart berries and fruit flavors. Blueberry, blackberry. Dogbrick (13026) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 8, 2014
Sample at The Source. Pours a slightly cloudy reddish-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart apples, caramel and yeast. Light to medium body with a fruity character and flavors of berries, apples, yeast and caramel. The finish is funky with a fruity aftertaste. Pretty good all around. kevinator (2238) - The Colony, Texas, USA - OCT 3, 2014
Another good beer in their endless lineup of Sours. Citrus, lemon and pineapple hints. Light coppery orange color with a good white head. Lighter palate than their darker beers. The sour did not overpower but remained constant with a slight touch of sweetness. Still strains the palate though. arminjewell (9676) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JUN 7, 2013
Pour on tap at the brewery, pours hazy reddish with a nice white head, aroma brought big juicy fruit notes, with pineapple, berry, apples, hints of grapefruit, slight oak, touch of sweet orange and vanilla going into a tart lemon. Taste is a mix of sweet orange, caramel, and raspberries going into a tart fruity pineapple, peach note, mixing with slight earth, lots of oak in the end dries it out with a slight puckering finish. Tasty. TronnyJenkins (92) - Texas, USA - MAR 2, 2013
Quite good, on tap at the cellar.
I think this is a somewhat new release, and I quite enjoy it.
Color is cloudy amber. Aroma of soured hay and berries.
Taste is tart, with a smooth lingering finish. Tart cherries to me personally.
