Bottled May 2015. Highly carbonated with lots of foam in the glass. The beer starts fresh and sour. Smooth and mild with grainy hints. Fresh floral hops, round sourness. Not too deep but full bodied. Long moderate sourish floral hoppy aftertaste. Nice.

Taste is quite dusty at first but it then open up and features herbal brettanomyces, mild funk, citrus/tropical fruits and mild to moderate bitterness. Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry and herbal finish. Very easy drinking soft gently dry hopped sour. Really good!
