12 oz. can, consumed on 2-12-18. “10-18-17,” says the can. Pours a cloudy, almost murky yellow/brass/tan with a moderate amount of cream-colored to beige head. Too murky but the head is a nice color and is relatively voluminous. Scents of orange, tangerine, and green apple. Young Brettanomyces smell. Some horse blanket funk (good) and cooked vegetable (less good) in the smell. Heavily citric flavor. Dull, dry finish. A decent to good but forgettable Brett beer. Too citric-fruity to be a particularly good IPA, although the dry finish helps. Nice, bitter aftertaste. Pretty darn lively. Frothy and smooth in the palate. Easy to drink. Medium body. Substantial palate effects. A nice beer though not special. I do like it better as I drink it and come away liking it more at the end than I did at the beginning. 188.8.131.52.15=>3.6 ehaak26 (767) - - FEB 13, 2018
Can from A.J.'s Beer Warehouse. Aroma of spruce hops with oak and brett funk. HogTownHarry (7265) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - FEB 6, 2018
September 16, 2017 with harrisoni and lagerloather - at The Bottle Shop (Bermondsey) - draught keg. "Simcoe version" Very hazy orange gold with a lovely off-white head. Floral and wheaty/fruity - not much brett funk in the aroma, but it has some green hop bitterness - strong alcohol, seemed more like a DIPA (8-). Taste like a wonderful floral/citrus fruity full alcohol IPA with very little brett bugginess - good IPA, a little disappointed in the lack of funk - a little catty too. Solid body and carbonation, medium finish, not overly bitter - lovely, really. AndrewHenderson (3) - - JAN 29, 2018 does not count

Well where to begin, preserved lemons, the taste of a farmyard in summer, a cow shed at 19:00?

Rating #2872 - 2018.01.20 - #RBAGWinter2018 - Can - thanks Mason! - Pours a clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is Brett, some pepper, citrus, funk. Palate is some Brett, some esteric, some citrus. Really clean finish for 100% Brett fermented. Crushable. JohnsJ27 (2) - - JAN 15, 2018 does not count
A Bit too tangy for my tastes. But light tasting for so much alcohol. Missing the hoppy aroma found in most pales.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is more of your typical brett with some barnyard and horse blanket funk. Flavor is more brett funk without the tartness. Kind of a apple flavor is left on the tongue as this goes down. I did not get much of a hop with this beer. These cans just started showing up in my area about a month ago and the canned on date is in August. That was kind of disappointing. I know the brett will last a long time but the hops have already faded from this beer. Lowe1983 (1664) - Dayton, Ohio, USA - DEC 14, 2017
Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is slightly sour with hay, citrus hops, and lemon. Slightly sour flavor with lemon and candied sugar. Slight citrus hop on the finish.
