Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Pyszne piwo, genialne połączenie świeżości IPA i rustykalnych brettw.

As with all things crooked stave, this a fantastic beer, wonderfully balanced.

Not my favorite, neat concept but the hoppyness and wild yeasty sourness comes off as this weird flavor combo of lavender and grapefruit, so not great.

Bottle from mikkeller BS aarhus. golden yellow with a hefty head, probably tho due to poor/glass combination. Notes of straw and bread, and very faint notes of brett. Falavour was crips and dry again with brett being only faintly recognizable. Neither the hops, nor the brett makes a big impression in this beer, maybe that is what they were trying to do and make it more subtle/balanced. I was expecting way more to be honest. Ive had remarkable brett IPAs in the past and was really looking forward to taste this but left me a bit dissapointed

Draft at Baileys in Portland. Pale hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is Brett funk, citrus hops, and cat urine - the awesome kind! The flavor is dry, slightly bitter, somewhat tart, lemony funk. Feel is great, slightly astringent but dry and crisp, well carbed. Good!

Bottle from Gambrinus. Pours a clear, light copper with a full 2 fingers of foam. Big aromas of horseblanket, green, wet hay and manure with a touch of overripe orange juice. Very crisp on the palate and dry with a wooded character. More musty cobwebs, orange and light melon. Dry, bretty finish that lingers.

Slightly hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has lots of brett character with some musty cellar notes. Taste is slightly tart and very yeast forward. Musty, slightly bitter and earthy on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall its a nice brett ale, not too cloying, quite hoppy.
