Nos zwodniczy: słodko-brettowy, usta wytrawne, wyraźnie goryczkowe, piwo spełnione w swym idiomie: dzikie ipa jak się patrzy. Lekko mętne, piana nietrwała. Wysoce pijalne.

Pours a frothy and strong eggshell colored head. Nose is banana, lemon, pepper, brett and hay. Interesting on the tongue, the dryness is great but it seems to wipe out a lot of the flavor. Lemon, horse blanket, lingering finish. Pretty good.

Unimpressed with this beer from the pour. An average pour produces an inch of liquid and 4 inches of aggressive ahead. The head takes forever to attenuate. Six minutes after the pour I can finally try the beer. Sour funk with circus peanut on the nose. A pull into the mouth catalyzes a sequence of flavors; each one more vile than the last. Subtle sourness, a circus peanut covered in dust, and horsehair. Much too dry as well. I don't like Brett beers, but this is the worst of the few that I've had.
