"Faaaaaantastic use of brett, oak, and hops...and a nice mix of hop varietals as well. Explodes with barnyard funk, oak, and juicy hop profile, Dry lingering tart finish. Loved every sip."

Bottle at home, bought for £16 from the Evening Star in Brighton. Pours a clear golden colour. Aroma of citrus, pine & brett. Taste is sour, woody, hint of biscuit malt, some fruitiness; finish is dry & hoppy. Top beer from a top brewery....looking forward to going back there in October!

I usually do not care for hopped sours, but this one rocks. Perfect balance. Its not to hoppy to overcome the wonderfull sour nature of this brew. It is still a wild ale sour tart lemon green apple witht the added extras of grassy citrus and pineapple. Great

Bottled from Mikkeller and friends Slightly hazy, golden with a white head. Sour, earthy aroma with grassy, flowery hops. Sour flavour with medicine and some leather-notes. Medium bitterness.

Orange-gold with good, foamy, white head, wet lacing / Very funky nose of citrus and orchard fruit / Medium body, tart, good balance with light bitterness / Flavors of pineapple, orange rind, grass, vinegar, green apple, very light brett and oak / Solid, but not special.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy white head, In aroma, loads of Brett, horse blanket, fresh cork, nice resinous hops coming through, humic substances, soil, very nice and wild. In mouth, nice fruity citrusy malt with light acidity, good Brett, ground cherries, cork, nice esters, refreshing yet complex. Really liked this. 8.99$.

It pours hazy yellow with a big bubbly white head. In the nose is brett, sweet exotic fruits, citric hops and funk. The flavor is quite bitter and exotic fruity with a great dry brett kick. Very tasty and refreshing. The kind of beer you could drink all day long.

Polecam.
