A golden colored beer, with a average white head. In the nose there is hop, citrus, oranges, sour and fresh. It is a medium bodied beer, with an average to low carbonation. In the taste there bitter from the hop, sour from the brett and some dryness from oaks. I taste oranges, mandarins, strawberries and citrus. The aftertaste is bitter and dry, with a sweet touch of strawberries in the back. A very nice sour and fruity saison, well executed!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, lemons, and hay. The flavor is swewt with notes of nalt, straw, hops, lemons, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

Bottle. A clear medium to dark blonde beer, with a gigantic, frothy, nicely lacing, mostly lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, herbs), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough, barnyard), with notes of basil/sage, hint of citrus, soapand pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, dry, long finish with moderate bitterness. It ties with Surette in terms of quality. Again, nice aromas, with a semi-watery texture and semi-soapy bitterness. Still drinkable and good, I wouldnt classify it as a Sour/Wild Ale.

Bottle provided by Travlr, thanks! Batch 2, 2013. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was peppery spice notes, some wheat character. Lots of earthy pepper notes.

375mL bottle, sent from pussypete (thanks a lot, Aaron), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out ample brett characteristics, oak barrels, and a touch of orangey tropical fruits - but mostly funky brett and oak. Flavour brings out the brett front and centre, with considerable funk, woody oak barrels, and a very dry hoppy content that lingers on the finish. Very dry, fairly funky and oaky on the finish. Wonderful stuff.

Pours a lightly hazed pale golden with a well-retained clean head. Aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple with lots of citrus and some danker piney aromas too. Flavors are complex and well-balanced with a beautiful, dry, Brett finish. Note this was the batch dry-hopped using Galaxy hops.
