mcberko (18979) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 31, 2013
375mL bottle, sent from pussypete (thanks a lot, Aaron), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out ample brett characteristics, oak barrels, and a touch of orangey tropical fruits - but mostly funky brett and oak. Flavour brings out the brett front and centre, with considerable funk, woody oak barrels, and a very dry hoppy content that lingers on the finish. Very dry, fairly funky and oaky on the finish. Wonderful stuff.

Pours a lightly hazed pale golden with a well-retained clean head. Aroma’s of tropical fruits, pineapple with lots of citrus and some danker piney aroma’s too. Flavors are complex and well-balanced with a beautiful, dry, Brett finish. Note this was the batch dry-hopped using Galaxy hops.
