Whoa, big aroma! Full nose of pears and hops, barnyard yeast. Palate opens with funky grass, earthy-gueuze-esque yeast, faintly sour + hoppy finish. Lingering bitterness.

Lots of carb. Impeccable balance; well crafted. Tasty stuff.

Bacterial (3138) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - JUN 12, 2013
Slightly hazy golden color with a white head and white lacing. Fruity nose with a pleasant funk. The hops here work very well with the funkiness of the Brett in this beer. A nice bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. The look is mostly clear, lacing white head, and bright golden in color. The smell is fruits, mostly tropical, musty, hops, Brett, and funky. The taste is hops, fruits, grass, yeast tang, and dry. Interesting.

Light gold pour with white head. Noseis full of fresh grapefruit, lemon, and slight pine resin. Medium on the tongue with slightly toasy malt ba king and an yp-front lemongrass, pineapple, and grapefruit moving to a piney little bite to finish. Well balanced and quite refreshing on a warm. day.

drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Bottles 344 vs 462, 344 - pours hazed gold with white head. Aroma strawberries, melon, big Brett, vanilla Flavors are piney, grassy, melons, pinneapple, horsey Brett finish. 462 - pours same, aroma has more of a piney, citrus, leathery thing that works better with the oak and Brett. Flavors leathery, citrus, floral, dry pinneapple Brett thing, vanilla oak. Good balance here, dry but there’s still some sugar left, delicate for sure. Both great Brett pales but 462 works so much more with the Brett and oak profile.
