Excited CS entered MN! This guy is super interesting, with a lot of funk and citrus but with a very dry bitter finish given the dry hopping. Its almost too much of a medicinal herbal finish for me but I love that they went for it and still think it succeeds. Barnyard and earthy and solid overall.

Draft at world of beer denver. Aroma is pure saison funk, thin white head and hazy gold color. The hops balance nicely though are very subtle. Grass, citrus, lemon notes in the finish. Nice summer seasonal!

Sampled on 6/22/15. This wild ale pours a cloudy yellow orange gold color from a 375ml bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head, The aroma is citrusy, bretty, fruity and tropical. A medium to light bodied wild IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet, tropical and peaches. The hops are citrusy and herbal. Lively carbonation. Bretty and a touch funky, but there is a whole lot else going on here. Nice mix of tropical and hops. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle in CBC Brixton. Almost clear medium to dark Amber with a large foam head. Nose is Brett yeasty, farmyard manure, light funk, lemon, some tropical exotic fruit, touch of papaya, grassy. Taste is tangy farmyardy Brett yeast, funky, fruit tangy, lychee, citrous and a bite of tropical and pine new world hops. Finish is very tangy and fruity but Im not sure its all working in harmony.

from Au Trappiste - hazy dark orange beer with a solid and long lasting white foam; nice lacework; woody, fruity and funky brett-like aroma with notes of pears and cheese; full-bodied, solid carbonation, very dry and decently sourish, fruity and with notes of barnyards, light spicy- clearly excessive wood presence

Brett and moldy hops...ok probably style wise great...strange but expected from description. Lemmon tart with some noble hop flavor. Dry and tad flat. Nuce fun beer to have.
