Appearance: pours with a large beige head, the beer is a very hazy orange color, not quite transparent Aroma: very strong funk, bread, lemon, yeast, orange Taste: a lemon-lime flavor, tangy, extremely funky, citrus Plate: very dry, tangy aftertaste, light mouthfeel Overall: a very unique beer, reminds me of a sprite, very funky, so tangy and acidic that you have to drink it slow, recommended ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone OldMrCrow (2437) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 21, 2016

Definitely a brett beer rather than a hop-driven pale ale, this is nonetheless hoppier than your average 100% brett ale, and the citra/mosaic combo works quite well with the sourness from the brett. Very tasty.
Pours a hazy light yellow golden color with white head. Citrus, yeast, pine, and some grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with citrus and grass. ads135 (4607) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JAN 31, 2016
The Brett gives this a hoppy saison character. Less sour than spicy. Sharp appeal in both aroma and flavor. Pinball (12153) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 25, 2016
cloudy yellow, small white head.
aroma is quite nice milky and citrussy sour, faint dough, mild and rounded, but some distance from the best aromas i’ve had from crooked stave beers.
flavor is close to aroma, sour and milky. also some bitterness from hops, and some yeasty dough like notes. i think the flavor i dislike is a bit like glue or rubber. it is not a lot, but it distracts a little. ignoring that distraction the beer is a very well tasting, well rounded sour, with a good bitter herbal hoppy balance.

Pours hazy orange gold with white head. Great nose of florals, citrus, and funk. Tastes of citrus orange, pine, floral, horse blanket, Brett, and cheerios. Very dry on finish making you immediately want another sip. Really nice. malrubius (2898) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - OCT 4, 2015

Excited CS entered MN! This guy is super interesting, with a lot of funk and citrus but with a very dry bitter finish given the dry hopping. It’s almost too much of a medicinal herbal finish for me but I love that they went for it and still think it succeeds. Barnyard and earthy and solid overall.
