Bottle. Hazy gold with a big rocky white head. Aroma is citrus and earthy funk. Taste follows suit but the yeast has a very rubbery character. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. On the whole not bad but I think the Brett strain these guys use is not my cup of tea.
Carnivale Brettanomyces, 2017, van tap @Beertemple. wazig geel/amber met witte kraag. aroma is redelijk farmhouse-ish, smaken van gras, stro, hooi, zoetig, smaakvol, natte theedoek-achtig, maar toch ok. tricksta_p (4560) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - JUN 24, 2017
From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is floral and hoppy with biscuity malt, grain, stone fruits, and light funk. Flavour is mild tart and sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Nicely tart-ish and hoppy. bierkoning (13272) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUN 24, 2017

Pours light yellow with no head. Aroma: very interesting funky aroma coupled with a grass-like aroma. Taste: nice citrus coupled with funky aromas and a pretty hoppy palate. PhillyBeer2112 (2819) - Oviedo, Florida, USA - JUN 9, 2017
Holy balls what am I smelling? This thing is all over the map and I can barely get a foothold. I get: acetone, poop, moldy straw, perfume, candy, floor polish. None of those are really the right descriptor. It’s basically a lot of bretty weirdness and hops coming together to create a gestalt of funk. Pale hazy yellow. Huge massive billowing protein rich meringue head. Flavor is much like the aroma, funk and weird. Floral and citrus rind bitter, bretty funk. I barely even know what to think. Rarely have I been so dumbfounded by a beer. I think I like it? dorain (177) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 4, 2017

Hazy straw gold, good head of foam.
Smells of lemon and grapefruit, touch of Brett.
Taste kinda herbal with lemon and grapefruit and Brett mid palate and through the finish. So good to my tastes it’s scary @ mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 24, 2017
[9152-20170420] 375mL bottle. Hoppy fresh navel orange peel aroma. Hazy, pale yellow body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head and some lacing. Bitter orange peel hops flavour has a slice of lemon. Medium body is bitter with a ’Bretth’ of sour. Tasty. (8/5/8/4/16) 4.1+
