1.5 year old bottle. Very strong aroma of fruit and nectar, sweet but not sugary. Has an alluring cloudy haze that begs you to take a sip! Taste is extremely tart and dry with an active fizziness that I wasn’t expecting. Perfect blend of a sour and pale ale, with each style’s defining characteristics present yet never overbearing. This is my new favorite beer ever! Ionlyrate5s (103) - New York, USA - AUG 29, 2014
I usually do not care for hopped sours, but this one rocks. Perfect balance. Its not to hoppy to overcome the wonderfull sour nature of this brew. It is still a wild ale sour tart lemon green apple witht the added extras of grassy citrus and pineapple. Great dhunter151 (590) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - SEP 12, 2013
375mL bottle. Pours a hazy light amber with a white head. Citrus, lemon, some funky yeast, band-aid notes from the Brett. Very tasty and refreshing.

Funky, hoppy, tart with a nice bretty pineapple character, somewhat like Orval on steroids, this beer is absolutely amazing and gets better every time I try it again.

Awesome aroma clean not heavy. Love the hop taste that doesn't last because it is light and crisp and balanced

On tap at Falling Rock. Old fashion saison, slightly sour with hints of citrus and grapefruit. There is a little bitterness but I absolutely love it. Great beer.

Bottle, brought to me by my awesome bro-in-law mmmIPA as a surprise, and shared with my beautiful wife. Very lively pour ending in thick meringue atop a hazy golden body, with curtains of lace draping the sides of the glass. Aroma is gooseberries and funk, unh-unh-unh, FUNK Y’ALL!! Amazing light crackery malts support tart juicy gooseberry cat pissy hops with a disco-full of funk, and dry woody traits with a pinch of dusty white pepper in the end. I will spend the next several days of my life scheming to get more of this stunning creation. JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 21, 2014
Flaske, 375 ml. 2013 - batch 2. Gylden, stort knitrende hvidt skum. Very funky fella. Overmoden kernefrugt, acetone, træ og grøn harpiks. Sød fugtig kælder og bitre æbler. Grapefrugt. Og fyrnåle. Og og og. Meget kompleks og lækker med en laaang eftersmag. Wauv!

WOWZERZ. Thanks Chad. Smells fantastic like grapefruits on a beach. Pours nice and hazy (yeast didn’t settle after being transported). Taste is sweet, tart and champagne like. The dry hopping opens things up a lot and makes me think I’m drinking a soured pale ale.
