Cloudy gold pour with a 3 finger, fluffy off white head. Aroma is big on citrus, tropical fruit and cat box hops, sweaty bretty funk, green wood tartness, and some toasty wood notes. Flavor is full of sweaty brett funk up front, some fallen leaves earthy funk, sweaty dishwater, light, sort of sweet wood notes, lots of citrus and some tropical fruit and cat box hoppy notes, but not nearly as much as the aroma indicates. Light to medium body, neutral to dry entry, off dry finish and light, but sharp and blanketing carbonation. Really good stuff overall, after the first couple of sips the sweaty/dishwater notes die down and it is actually quite enjoyable.

2017-04-20. Lightly hazy pale orange body with a modest creamy beige head. 3+ Aroma has good amount of Brett funk over moderate fruity hops. Flavour is similar, nice fruity hops, citrus briefly, lime and mineral notes in the finish, moderate bitterness and Brett funk. Smooth average bodied palate, soft effervescent carbonation. 3+ tasty, less fruity hops than hoped. Might shine more enjoyed on its own rather than mixed in with its brewery brethren? 7/4/7/3/16-17 On tap at Birreria Volo, Toronto.

Bardzo przyjemny aromat sfermentowanych owocw. Pachnie jak dziki saison. W smaku spora goryczka, ale przyjemnie zrwnoważona słodowym posmakiem. Owocowe cierpkie. Białe owoce, coś jak sfermentowany biały grejpfrut. Nuty kojarzące się z wytrawnym cydrem. Pełne w odczuciu. Zostawia lekko ściągający, cierpki posmak. Przyjemny, delikatny, chmielowy aromat. Troszkę naftowe w smaku. Są lekki nuty beczkowe, trochę drewna i dzikości. Zdradliwie pijalne.

First, I detest sour beers. If you like them, thats great, but I dont. And the place I was at tonight had this beer mislabeled on tap as an American Pale Ale with no indication of the Brett yeast. So, thats the context for my review....On tap, pours a hazy gold. Aroma: barnyard, skunky urine. Flavor: cider vinegar. Mouthfeel: light.

Nicely hoppy and funky on the nose.Lightly bodied though the high soft carbonation hides it well.Round and fruity, tasty but bit interesting

Bottle. Grass, barnyard, lemon, and biscuit malt aroma. Cloudy yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, moderately sour Brett, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Decent but straight forward.

Final consistente da brett mas com sobreposio do lpulo com amargor floral. Uma obra prima misturando estilos to distintos.

Cloudy golden pour with a single finger head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is fruity, hoppy and a little funk. Taste has some fruit notes, grapefruit and a little orange. Some farmhouse funk too. Very floral beer. Slightly tart in the finish. Very refreshing. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium bodied.
