Number 3000 Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is very citrusy with lots of brett character but quite "clean". Some barnyard and hay notes. Taste starts with yeast notes, earthy and woody, continues with citric tartness and finishes slightly bitter with lemon and lime zest. Medium body, quite smooth for a brett beer
