37.5 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy. Peachy snd citrusy hoppy. Dry, bitter and citrici fruity. Dry and fruity far finish. Arayaga2 (2198) - portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 9, 2017
Looks like sparkling white wine, with a cm of white head. Aroma is tart, with some muscatty notes. It’s pretty dry, and also tart, with mild brett into the finish. Not a particularly complex beer, but refreshing, even at 7%. $5/12oz drfabulous (7948) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - JAN 4, 2017
Draught at Ber Trappe. Dry and light with sharp lemon and some wild notes. Really good. chrisv10 (17452) - DENMARK - DEC 28, 2016
Bottle, 7%. Slightly hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett, lemon, hop and floral. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, brett, lemon, citric, little sour, tart, little dry, little sweet and a little grapefruit. marcus (10227) - Sacramento, California, USA - DEC 23, 2016
Bottle from Wilburs in Fort Collins. Pours clear gold with an attractive white head and a sourish aroma. There is a mildly sour fruity flavor with a nice yeast presence. Very subtle and easy to drink.

Bottle. Moderate hay and straw for the malt, moderate lemon and grass for the hops, heavy musty basement, horse, funk and earth for the yeast, with notes of soured white wine and crabapple. Head is average sized, frothy turning wispy, white, with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear gold. Flavor starts heavily acidic and sour, then finishes heavily acidic, sour and faintly bitter. Palate is light, watery with a lively carbonation and a very tart finish. A pretty good Sour Ale with a nice back of the jaw bite, but a little plain in flavor. ciocanelu (2535) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - DEC 19, 2016
Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is very citrusy with lots of brett character but quite "clean". Some barnyard and hay notes. Taste starts with yeast notes, earthy and woody, continues with citric tartness and finishes slightly bitter with lemon and lime zest. Medium body, quite smooth for a brett beer. Overall it’s quite good but the dry hopping is not very present. neongolden (1649) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 17, 2016
(375ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Aroma of white wine, lemon-lime, pit fruit, quite some funky barnyard, cleaner earthiness too, sweet pale malt, light to moderate acidity, leafy and floral notes. Flavour is lemon-lime, yoghurt, lacto, very slight acetic, white grapes, thin pale malt and grain, light Brett funk, herbal and leafy hop notes, a bit watered down really. Dry finish with a little herbal bitterness and earth. Light bodied, soft carbonation. The nose is quite pleasant and funky but the flavour just lacks concentration and feels like potential isn’t totally realized. wlajwl (6813) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - DEC 1, 2016
Aroma is intense sourness and underling mild sweetness and earthiness. The flavor is tropical fruit, fruit/sour fruit, malts and a mix of tart and earthy in the finish. DialSquare (5031) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 13, 2016
Bottle courtesy of Brett, thanks! Gold pour, white head. Aroma of white wine, lightly sour berries. Tastes are funked lemon, wine, yeasty, yogurt. Subtle, lots happening.
