375ml BOOSTle thanks to RakeMan197 aka adnielsen aka NielsenRatings aka @@@@@@ron, BA, BS, MS, PhD candidate. Thanks, bro! Pours a slightly hazed golden color with no head. Headless. Aromas of cheesy funk, genital warts, some crotch cheese offered. NICE! Taste is almost surreal...funky, dry, lightly tart, chewy, oaky moss. My goodness, this one is almost perfect. Only drawback is very soft carbonation. I feel as though if this had more carb it would draw out the funky crispness more, leading to an almost godlike experience. Finishes with a rustic oaky funk note. Bleeding trees, grandmas bed sores, fathers resentments for their son. crossovert (13078) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 22, 2012
One mind, brute force and full of money.
Fuck it, I’m boosted.
This beer brings you closer to god.
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2013 Reg version Nice one here. Brett is more tart and sour than band-aidy. Nice effervescent body, lemon, light malt. 7/4/7/4/16 3.8
///////////////////////////////////////////// dry-hopped version blows the regular out of the water, even at 6 months. In addition to the nice base beer the dry-hopped version is jsut bursting with tropical fruits liek mango, coconut, tangerine. It is the most intoxicating smell in a sour I have ever had. It does change the flavor slightly in the notion that the smell blends with the citric and lactic notes and gives the greater impression of tangerine on the palate. The rating is now for the dry hopped version. Reynolds314 (3459) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 30, 2013
This rating is for the Dry Hopped version. Im not sure why this beer is aliased when its a different beer but I guess I’ll just have to add separate reviews to this rating, but i digress. This is fantastic. Aroma is nice funk, tart fruit aromas, and a rustic woodyness. Taste is vinous, citrus, tart, funk, some apple and peach. What a fantastic beer. Maybe could use a squeak more carbonation but hard to find a flaw here. rayl101 (163) - Brownstown, Michigan, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Bottle from dcschiller.
Pours crystal clear gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is full-on brett funk. Flavor is sharply sour with bright lemon/citrus up front, and a lingering sour finish. I could drink a ton of this! daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Pours a cloudy orange/gold color. Aroma is nice and tart, lots of funk, hops, leather, tropical fruits. Flavor is superb! Light sourness melds with the hop flavors and yeasty funk so well. Somewhat similar to Le terroir. Awesome.

Hazy golden orange pour with a nice white head. Really an insanely good nose. Intense tropical fruit/pineapple aroma. Passion fruit, melon, peach, mango, and a nice grapefruit/citric acidity. Yeast, mild malt, and lemon. The flavor is similarly excellent. Great tropical fruit character, though not quite as intense as the nose. Plenty of pineapple, melon, peach, and mango. Nice grapefruit and lemon, and some pleasant lactic tartness. Mild malt character and a nice bit of yeast. theothermatt (286) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - OCT 18, 2013
Draft at the Source. Pours pale golden. Sour aroma. Farmhouse and funk with a bit of oak. Slightly Sour. Really doughy and cereal and finishes very smooth and tart. Very nice beer without being overpoweringly sour. Very Drinkable. I hope time will do it well. madsenbryg (371) - Holstebro, DENMARK - OCT 24, 2013

Tasted on 1/3/14 from a waxed and capped 375mL bottle, big thanks to adnielsen for being a great trustee. Pours hazy orange/golden with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average, sticky lace. The nose is super sour and funky/earthy with a bunch of citrus and white wine vinegar, and a very unique tropical and citrus hops aroma. The flavor is almost exactly as the nose would have suggested, with a bit more caramel malt and vanilla barrel character, but the same sour citrus, white wine vinegar, and tropical fruit hops. The body is medium with some nice barrel tannin, lively, nearly sparkling, carbonation, and a long sour citrus and tropical hops finish. This beer is really great, the only beers close I’ve ever had were Cuvee des Champions and Le Terroir, but I find this to be a bit more balanced than both.
On tap at The Source. Pours a clear gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, brett, and light fruit. Thin mouthfeel with a light brett, oak, and lingering dryness. Very impressive.
